Refund & Return Policy

At Nurah by Nur, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 1 day of delivery.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us within 3 days of delivery if:

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
